As a Clinical Operations Coordinator at INBRAIN, you will be supporting the Clinical Team in the execution of clinical investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating the day-to-day activities of clinical research.

You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people´s lives worldwide.
Your profile

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of clinical investigations.
  • Contribute to the site selection, initiation, and recruitment processes. 
  • Collaborate to maintaining the clinical trial master file (TMF) and other study-related documentation, as applicable.
  • Support the Clinical Operations Lead in preparing trial documents, such as protocols and investigator brochures
  • Collaborate with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to coordinate subcontracted services (i.e. Database management, monitoring).
  • Assist in ensuring that the clinical investigations are conducted in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ISO 14155, local regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Assist the Clinical Operations Lead with timeline management, budget tracking, and resource allocation for clinical studies.
  • Support the organization of clinical meetings, including investigator meetings and training sessions for sites.
  • Prepare and review progress reports, metrics, and other documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams, including Quality and Regulatory and Translational department to ensure alignment and efficient study operations.

Mandatory Qualifications and Soft skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience in clinical operations or clinical research, preferably in a medical device, neurotechnology, or biotechnology setting.
  • Training in clinical trial processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with frequent changes and evolving priorities. 
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and responsibilities. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in clinical research (e.g., CCRA, CCRC).
