In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for commercial Medical Devices to treat Neural Disorders, your primary responsibility is to lead the development team and oversee project execution from conception to completion. You will work closely with the Project Development team, as well as with the Technical Lead, and Program Manager to ensure that project requirements are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the project plan, tasks, resources and budget
- Define project coordination structure and communication plan
- Define and prioritize the development tasks, oversee and take part in the development tasks, as appropriate
- Lead planning, and management of critical initiatives across the development team to achieve their performance schedule and cost targets
- Liaise with the Technical Lead to manage the sub-contractors within the project
- Facilitate smooth interface and communication between the project team and other functions of the organization
- Ensure high quality delivery, while complying with procedures and regulations
- Support the development and deployment of best practices in the identification of risks to quality, new product introduction, to production and initiate preventative steps in the project to mitigate these risks
- Support continuous improvement of yield, cost, quality and efficiency in the project and business
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
- Organizing and leading weekly project team meetings to discuss progress, risks, and next steps and following up on the actions
- Reporting project status updates
- Supporting the Program Manager in facilitating monthly cross-functional and management team meetings
